1. Acceptance
By using PunchPal you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
PunchPal is an AI-powered boxing workout generator for iOS. It generates training workouts using artificial intelligence, plays a round timer, and tracks training history.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 should have parental supervision. By using the app you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Fitness and Health (Read This)
PunchPal is a training tool, not medical advice. Boxing and combat sports training carries inherent risk of injury including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, head injury, and cardiovascular events. You assume all risk. Consult a physician before beginning. Train within your limits. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. PunchPal and its operators are not liable for any injury, death, or damage arising from use of the app.
5. AI-Generated Content
Workouts are generated by AI and may contain errors. Use your judgment. If a combination feels unsafe or beyond your ability, skip it.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not reverse-engineer the app, abuse the API, attempt to break the ad system, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.
7. Accounts
Accounts are optional. If you create one with an email, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
8. Ads
PunchPal is supported by Google AdMob ads. By using the app you consent to receiving non-personalized ads.
9. Intellectual Property
PunchPal, its logo, its prompts, and its content are owned by Stratega Mobile. Boxing notation and technique names are general fitness terminology.
10. Termination
We can suspend or terminate access at any time for terms violation. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
PunchPal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratega Mobile's total liability is limited to the amount you've paid for the app (which is $0). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
